Black Belts: Individual Black Belts may register with the Central Taekwondo Association by completing the Black Belt Application for registration or certification and forwarding it to the Central Taekwnodo Association with the appropriate fee. For black belt promotion, please use the Promotional Evaluation form. All ranks 4th degree and above must complete the statement of intent.
Kup Ranks: Individual Kup Ranks may register with the Central Taekwondo Association by completing the Kup Rank Application and forwarding it to the Central Taekwnodo Association with the appropriate fee.
Dojang Membership: Dojangs may register with the Central Taekwondo Association by completing theDojang Application and forwarding it to the Central Taekwnodo Association along with the appropriate fee.
